A friend of mine has a candida that showed itself as skin rash/eczema pretty much all over her body with now only makes rashes in her face (candida on face), as she has been on a sugar and yeast free diet for about 6 months now. The whole thing is so strange, because now the rest of her body is 99.9% fine and it is “only” her face that is a problem. Her digestion is also better than it has been for a while and she feels pretty good physically.

Moldy, wet, and humid places surely make things worse, like walking in autumn leaves for example. I did not manage to do that because I like my plants too much. However we have bought a dehumidifier for the house which extracts the humidity from our flat. It works wonders.
