Do a Liver Flush First Before the Bowel

Someone I know has thought about the liver cleanses, but it seems like everyone has a different opinion on what to do first between the bowel cleanse, liver cleanse, parasite cleanse, etc. She was planning on going to do the bowel cleanses first and then a liver cleanse, but she asked me which one should be doing first. Intense pain before your body tells you your bowels want to empty?

This is another question about pain and bowels. Here is the question:

“Something else I forgot to ask – does anyone get quite intense pain just before your body tells you your bowels want to empty? This too has only started since being on the diet, and I was wondering if anyone else has had this. I suspect it might be more related to my Endometriosis, but not sure.” Read more..
