Someone is wondering if I have read or has found any help in the Eat Right for Your Blood Type books. She is type “O” and not supposed to be eating many grains at all in her anti yeast diet. She has been eating all grains fro about 5 years and trying to get away from meat and dairy. She is curious if that is why she has gotten to feel so run down and tired. Sometimes she thinks there is too much information out there which makes it becomes overwhelming. Read more..

Do the mold and candida related? The last month or so, my friend tastes a strong unpleasant taste of mold on her food. At first, it was vegetables that she cut up on a wooden cutting board. She put the cutting board away and just made a Caesar salad with flax oil, and again, felt the same strong taste of mold. She suspected she had candida a year ago, went on a month long diet, and then went back to normal eating. This is the first time since where she has wondered if she has it. She would really like to know if tasting mold on food and candida are related. Read more..

Seven months ago, my friend went to the doctor for a severe breakout on her face (that then found out being one of the candida infection symptoms). The doctor then gave her steroids and diagnosed her with (allergic dermatitis). Then, she went to a dermatologist and he said she has perioral dermatis. He then prescribed her with Minocycline and Erthomyclin for acne. As a result of this, she got a yeast infection that kept reoccurring. She thought there was something wrong with her and got tested for HIV aids and other sexual transmitted diseases, but everything came up negative. The doctors then put her on anti depressants, and the scariest things started happening to her that she thought she was dying. Read more..

Someone has decided to take Threelac, and she got the package along with oxygen yesterday. She is still confused about what she can and can not eat, as it says that taking Threelac would make you not require a strict candida diet. She wonders if pizza is okay as she had a slice yesterday. Her stomach looks as if she is pregnant and she is not sure when the bloating will go away. She will be patient with these products, but she just wants to know when she will see the results. Someone I know finds it very difficult being on this anti candida diet. She was diagnosed two weeks ago with candida in her liver, colon, and spleen. She has been on the candida diet, however, for almost three weeks now and she has been doing everything from the candida diet (mainly just eating fish, vegetables, chicken, eggs, some melons and an occasional sugar-free frozen yogurt when she start to freak out). She has a question to ask, which is about Kefir milk. She sees it at the store, but she knows we are not supposed to have milk products. She needs to know if the Kefir make it okay, and she also wonders about rice milk. Read more..
