Can you tell me the natural candida antifungal herbs that worked for you, or are working for you? Last year, a doctor wanted to put me on Lamisil and I said I wouldn’t take it. It depends on people, though. My friend had no ill effects from taking the Lamisil. She just had her liver enzymes taken last week (along with many other blood works) and all is normal and good. Also, she found taking liver cleansing herbs and lots of vitamin C are very beneficial while taking Lamisil.
I only believe in taking natural antifungals, eating no sugar, and removing most carbs for at least 18 months. Maybe this is just an opinion and a gut feeling, but anything that causes adverse side effects is better left alone. My approach is to obviously stick to the diet, take up to 12-15 Primal Defense tablets each day, and rotate (4 days each) the following anti-fungals:
-Candibactin
-DC3
-Mycopryl
-Biocidin
The rotation is obviously the key. I eat a lot of onions, cabbage, drink green tea, Pau DArco, Hydroxygen Plus (H2O2), and lots of water. I have done the liver/gallbladder cleanse, and also going to do Dr. Hulda Clark’s parasite cleanse as soon as I can send for it. I have her stuff to cleanse the liver and kidneys.
I am using the SF722 (don’t know of a SF477) and am experiencing a lot less discharge and next-to-no vaginal/uteral aches and pains. Overall, I have a lot more energy but that might be from the IsoCort I am taking for adrenal boosting. I am not foggy-headed much anymore and have lost about 10 lbs without even trying.
I asked Dr. Schlesinger how I would know the SF722 was working and he said it would be a general over-all feeling of well-being. I feel pretty good but want to spend a few more weeks on it just to be sure (and rotate in those other anti-fungals) and then see what I’m like in the few weeks after stopping it. I am hoping that this isn’t a lifetime thing for me, because I’m not much of a cook and am getting really bored with the diet. I miss my carbs.
